Upguard has signed Insentra as its exclusive service delivery partner for ANZ, in a deal the cyber resilience platform provider says bolsters its local channel play, providing local service and support for partners.
Australian-born, Silicon Valley-based UpGuard, which provides visibility into IT infrastructures and cybersecurity postures, ramped up its local play earlier this year, building out its two-tier distribution model with distie deals with NextGen and ACA Pacific and opening a Sydney office.
Gerry Sillars, UpGuard APAC vice president, says Insentra’s technical expertise, channel only business and ‘great’ reputation, makes the IT services company ‘an ideal choice’ to support UpGuard’s channel efforts locally.
“Their dedicated team of highly trained consultants will work closely with our existing channel partners as a locally based, external support capability to ensure that our customers are getting the best experience possible, from deployment onwards,” Sillars says.
Upguard says the deal will enable it, and its partners, to provide end-users with the customer service and support needed to continue to scale UpGuard’s business across ANZ – markets the company says are ‘key’ for it.

UpGuard started within an Australian accelerator program in 2012 and attracted the attenditon of investors including Square Peg Capital and Valar Ventures.
The business counts Rackspace, Citrix, Amadeus and PGI among its customers.
